Yes. No premium tier, no credit card, no catch. We make money through optional affiliate links when you book — you pay the same price either way.

Where do the flight prices come from?

Google Flights. We scan prices daily using Google's data and only alert you when a price drops significantly below its typical range.

How do you know it's a flight deal?

Google tracks price history for every route. When a price drops 35%+ below the typical range and is flagged as unusually low, we alert you.

Will I get spammed with notifications?

No. Maximum 2 alerts per week, only for exceptional deals. Most weeks you'll get zero.

No. We collect your airport and optionally your email. No browsing history, no personal data, no selling to third parties.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Flight Alerts — including the website at flightalerts.app, the Chrome browser extension, and email alerts — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

Flight Alerts is a free service that monitors flight prices from select airports and notifies users when prices drop significantly below historical norms. We deliver alerts via Chrome browser notifications, email digest, or both, based on your preferences.

3. No Guarantee of Prices or Availability

Flight prices shown in our alerts are sourced from Google Flights and third-party data providers. We do not sell flights directly. Prices may change at any time between when we detect a deal and when you attempt to book.

Prices displayed are estimates and may vary by booking platform
Error fares and mistake fares may be cancelled by airlines
Flight Alerts is not responsible for any booking decisions you make based on our alerts

4. Free Service

Flight Alerts is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid tiers in the future, but existing free features will remain available.

5. Affiliate Links

Some links in our emails and on our website may be affiliate links. When you click these links and make a purchase, we may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate partnerships never influence which deals we surface — our scoring algorithm is purely data-driven.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access our service or API endpoints
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Chrome extension
Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our deal data without written permission
Attempt to circumvent rate limiting or overload our servers
Use our service for any unlawful purpose

7. Intellectual Property

All content on flightalerts.app — including text, graphics, logos, scoring algorithms, and software — is owned by Flight Alerts and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.

8. Email Communications

By subscribing to email alerts, you consent to receive flight deal notifications
We send a maximum of 2 individual deal alerts per week plus one weekly digest
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email
We comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and LGPD regulations for all email communications

9. Chrome Extension

The Flight Alerts Chrome extension requests only the minimum permissions necessary to deliver deal notifications. The extension does not read your browsing history, modify web pages, or collect data beyond your airport preference and notification settings. See our Privacy Policy for details.

10. Service Availability

We strive to keep Flight Alerts available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

11. Limitation of Liability

Flight Alerts is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flight Alerts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or booking opportunities, arising from your use of the service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Chrome extension. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court.
